Centre for Healthcare Technologies Launch

The Centre for Healthcare Technologies (CHT) was launched on by the University of Nottingham and Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust in February 2016. The aim of the CHT is to develop and rapidly adopt new devices into healthcare.
The event was opened by Sir David Greenaway (Vice Chancellor, The University of Nottingham) and Peter Homa (Chief Executive, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust). Delegates heard presentations from MHRA, NICE, industry, funders, as well as Nottingham academics and clinicians. At the drinks reception delegates coule browse the posters displaying some of Nottingham’s research.
